The Importance of a Well Planned Wedding Wardrobe

If you’re like me, you aren’t simply obsessing about the perfect Wedding Dress, but over every other item of clothing that will come together to be your Wedding Wardrobe. You’ve been to enough weddings to realize that the bride is the center of attention before and after her wedding, not just during. It is an emotional time and your stress hormones will be in overdrive so it is important to pack clothes that make you feel beautiful. A well planned Wedding Wardrobe will allow you to focus on the last minute ceremony and reception details rather than what you should be wearing.

I can’t remember when I was planning my destination wedding in 2004/2005, if there simply weren’t very many online resources for resort wear, or if I simply didn’t bother shopping online because I was living in Miami at the time. Either way, I spent months cruising South Florida and piecing together my dream wardrobe. It was gobs of fun and the results of all my shopping were so worth it! I wasn’t stressed for a minute over my attire.

So there you have it, a little tip. Plan early, pack big, and wear the clothes you love the most. This is your time to shine!

PS. I think I wore that crazed look in my eye my entire wedding weekend! At least the outfit rocked so I’m hoping people didn’t notice. 😉

Cheers,
