01/ Location Consultation – we match you to the perfect destination based on your likes + wants.
02/ Wedding Coordinator Introduction – we connect you with the right people to handle all of your ceremony + reception needs either at your host hotel or an independent location.
03/ Group Rate Negotiation – we retrieve quotes from multiple sources selling hotel group space only to travel agents + hotels direct to see who will offer your group the best package.
04/ Wedding Copy Text – once you’ve decided on your dream location, we provide you with suggested text for your Save The Dates, Invites, and Wedding Website.
05/ Travel Coordinator – we will research, plan, and book travel for all your guests in a very streamlined manor.
06/ Detailed Travel Instructions – we provide a helpful set of travel instructions for all of our clients that includes such important details as how to complete the immigration paperwork, who to look for at the airport, what time to be waiting in the lobby for the shuttle, etc.
07/ Point of Contact – we typically field over 100 random questions with each wedding. I imagine these would fall on the bride + groom if a travel POC was not in place. We are HAPPY to answer any question while you focus on the more important task at hand… planning your wedding.
08/ Sounding Board – we’ve been planning weddings for over 14 years and stay up-to-date on industry trends all for the purpose of hoping to provide our brides with swift and spot-on answers to any question they might have. We’ve consulted on everything from invitations, where to source welcome bags, what reception treats will hold up to the heat best, and so much more.
09/ Just Because – best friend needs a few additional weeks to get her final payment in? No problem. We’ve been known to successfully negotiate payment extensions when needed. Life happens, we get it!
10/ There’s Always One – best man missed his flight? No problem. We monitor our phones at all hours during wedding weeks and will move quickly to remedy any issue to the best of our ability.
11/ The Caribbean is not our only specialty. We send high numbers of clients to Mexico, Central America, and Hawaii as well so please let us know if your plans change.
