The Travel
I guess I should mention that I did not make myself available as the contact person for my traveling guests. On top of planning my own wedding ceremony, reception, and my own travel to these events, I did not want to be in charge of my friend’s and family’s travel plans too. I referred them to a great agent friend of mine who is doing a fabulous job and reporting back that my guests are great to work with. I guess with a travel agent in the family, my family has heard enough complaints of being treated poorly by clients to know that travel agents are a dying breed and should be appreciated.
Tip: Direct all your guests to ask all travel questions of the agent in charge of the trip, not the bride. She has enough to worry about.
